On the very day she joined the rescue efforts, Director Dazhen immediately held a video consultation with experts from Beijing and other regions to discuss medication strategies for children infected with COVID-19. Specifically addressing the issue of combined use of traditional ethnic medicines, Director Dazhen drew upon the results of a three-year collaborative clinical study conducted at the Second People’s Hospital of the Autonomous Region from 2018 to 2021, which had validated the efficacy of Jiwei Zhuhuang Powder in treating pediatric pneumonia in 120 cases.
