Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Qizheng Tibetan Medicine) is a leading enterprise in modern Tibetan medicine, primarily engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of innovative Tibetan medicines. Currently, the company has 24 wholly-owned and controlling subsidiaries, including GMP-certified pharmaceutical factories and GSP-certified marketing companies. It employs 3,170 people and boasts 25 product varieties with 141 approved drug registration numbers. Its products cover areas such as the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, digestive system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, respiratory system, urinary system, gynecology, dermatology, and pediatrics. Among these, the topical pain-relief drug series, exemplified by Qizheng Pain-Relieving Plaster, has been a bestseller in China for many years and is now also marketed overseas. With high clinical efficacy, its sales have consistently ranked among the top in China's market for topical pain-relief medications for several consecutive years.
In 1995, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine established its presence in Linzhi, Tibet. Taking on the mission of modernizing and preserving the millennia-old traditions of Tibetan medicine, the company drives innovation and upgrading of the traditional Tibetan pharmaceutical industry through cultural inheritance and technological innovation. The company has been recognized as one of the first “Innovative Enterprises” at the national level, a key enterprise under the National Torch Program, and a National Demonstration Enterprise for Technological Innovation. It boasts an Enterprise Technology Center as well as two national-local joint engineering laboratories—one specializing in topical Tibetan medicinal preparations and the other in solid Tibetan medicinal formulations. Over the years, the company has successively served as the implementing unit for key projects under the National “11th Five-Year Plan” for Science and Technology Support, the National “12th Five-Year Plan” Major Science and Technology Special Projects, the leading unit for the key special project on “Modernization Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine” under the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “13th Five-Year Plan,” and the implementing unit for key R&D programs under the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “14th Five-Year Plan.”

Since its IPO, the company has remained firmly focused on its core business and maintained steady, sustained growth in performance. In 2024, the company achieved operating revenue of 2.338 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 14.32%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 582 million yuan, while net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company excluding non-recurring gains and losses amounted to 426 million yuan, up 15.09% over the same period.
