The Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Team and Individuals Win Awards in the “National Innovation and Competition Campaign”

In the 2008 national campaign “Building Learning Organizations and Striving to Be Knowledge-Based Employees,” Bianba Ciren from Qizheng Tibetan Medicine was awarded the title of “Outstanding National Knowledge-Based Employee”; and the medicinal patch production team of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine’s pain-relieving plaster was honored with the title of “National Advanced Learning Team.”
The "Create and Strive" campaign, jointly organized by eight departments including the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Science and Technology, aims to enhance the overall quality of the workforce and inspire workers' enthusiasm for labor and their creative vitality. Recently, the organizations and individuals that won awards in the 2008 national "Build a Learning Organization and Strive to Become Knowledge-Based Workers" campaign were honored in Beijing.
Qizheng Tibetan Medicine advocates the establishment of a learning-oriented organization and strives to maintain its capacity for continuous learning and foster a culture of learning. Following Qizheng Tibetan Medicine’s recognition as a “National Learning-Oriented Organization,” both its teams and individual employees have been awarded the “National Advanced Award for Innovation and Competition,” which will further enhance the company’s intrinsic motivation for learning.
