On May 23, the National Conference for Commending Spiritual Civilization Construction was held in Beijing. At the conference, the list of the 7th National Civilized Units was announced, and Qizheng Tibetan Medicine was honorably included and awarded the title of “National Civilized Unit.”
A “National Civilized Unit” refers to an organization that actively puts into practice the core socialist values, consistently emphasizes both material and spiritual civilization development, achieves well-rounded and coordinated progress across all undertakings, demonstrates outstanding achievements in spiritual civilization construction, and plays a leading and exemplary role in society.
In 1995, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine established its presence in Linzhi, Tibet. Its core business focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of innovative Tibetan medicines, making it a leading enterprise in modern Tibetan medicine. The company currently owns 24 wholly-owned and controlling subsidiaries, including GMP-compliant pharmaceutical factories and GSP-certified marketing companies. It employs nearly 3,200 people and boasts 25 exclusive product varieties and 141 approved drug registration numbers. Its product portfolio covers a wide range of therapeutic areas, including the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, digestive system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, respiratory system, urinary system, gynecology, dermatology, and pediatrics. In 2024, the company achieved an operating revenue of 2.338 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 14.32%.
