I. General Provisions

The Platform Agreement is a guiding set of rules and standards of conduct governing users’ use of the platform’s services. It applies to all users who access the platform’s client application and related websites. Users must read, fully understand, and accept all terms of the Agreement; otherwise, they will not be entitled to use the platform’s services. If a user does not agree with the Agreement or any of its provisions, they should immediately cease using the platform’s services. The user clicks... “Agreement,” or use of the platform services, or any other express or implied indication of acceptance of this Convention, shall be deemed as having read and agreed to this Convention.

When a user utilizes a specific service on the platform, that service may be subject to a separate agreement, relevant business rules, and other such documents (hereinafter collectively referred to as "this"). “Separate Agreement”). Once the above-mentioned content is officially published, it shall become an inseparable part of this Convention, and users shall likewise be bound to comply with it. Acceptance by the user of any of the foregoing Separate Agreements shall be deemed acceptance by the user of this Convention in its entirety.

Users who violate this agreement will face corresponding penalties, including but not limited to the removal or blocking of violating content, silencing or banning violating accounts, and other measures. If such violations constitute criminal or unlawful acts, the platform will actively cooperate with law enforcement and judicial authorities. The platform encourages all users to report any violating content or behavior, working together to build a healthy platform ecosystem.

II. Platform-Advocated Behaviors

1. Content that aligns with mainstream values of contemporary society, including but not limited to compliance with the Constitution and laws and regulations, practicing the core socialist values, promoting patriotism and the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation, upholding social ethics, respecting public order and good customs, fostering a scientific spirit, and advocating positive, healthy, and uplifting trends and lifestyles of our times.

2. Show care and concern for minors and the elderly, and uphold gender equality. Do not attack, insult, slander, or discriminate against others; do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. Together, let’s create a warm and harmonious community atmosphere.

3. Encourage original, high-quality content.

4. We encourage documenting beautiful moments in life and expressing your authentic self. We recommend that real people appear on camera or provide commentary, avoiding fake, contrived, and sensationalized “pseudo-documentary” practices. Also, avoid deliberately exaggerating or creating artificial personas.

5. It is recommended to attach great importance to the correct use of written language and consciously abide by linguistic norms.

6. It is recommended to enhance awareness of cybersecurity precautions and remain vigilant in areas and behaviors where online scams—such as online dating, enticement to gambling, loan offers, rebate schemes, prize wins, and online part-time “like-clickers”—are particularly prevalent. If you notice any suspicious activity, feel free to report it to the platform at any time.

7. Do not spread or circulate rumors. We encourage professionals in fields such as economics, education, healthcare, and the judiciary to authenticate their profiles on the platform and share authoritative, truthful information, as well as their professional expertise, thereby fostering prosperity across industries.

III. Prohibited and Unwelcome Behaviors on the Platform

(1) Violence and Criminal Behavior

1. Inciting and committing violence. Users are prohibited from using the platform’s services to incite, promote, or glorify violence. It is strictly forbidden for users to use the platform’s services to organize or participate in violent activities aimed at causing casualties, significant property damage, damage to public facilities, or disruption of social order. The platform also prohibits users from posting content that incites, depicts, or displays actions that could cause bodily harm or property loss to others, or that could pose a threat or harm to public safety and order, or to the social management system.

2. Prohibited and Controlled Items: Any individual or organization is prohibited from selling, trading, or giving away—whether explicitly or implicitly, directly or indirectly—prohibited and controlled items as stipulated by laws and regulations on the platform, or from posting content related to such items (except for those publicly reported by news media). The prohibited and controlled items referred to here include, but are not limited to, firearms and ammunition, explosives; controlled tools and other offensive weapons; highly toxic substances, radioactive materials, and the like.

3. Terrorism and Extremism. The platform firmly opposes all forms of terrorist and extremist content and resolutely rejects any attempt by individuals to use the platform’s services to promote terrorist or extremist ideologies, incite terrorist or extremist activities, or disseminate content that glorifies terrorism or extremism, propagates their tenets, or showcases terrorist or extremist acts.

4. Dangerous Individuals and Organizations: The platform does not permit any dangerous individuals or organizations engaged in serious violent activities that pose a grave threat or harm to national security, public safety, or the personal safety of citizens from using the platform’s services. Upon discovery, the platform reserves the right to immediately cease providing services to such entities.

5. Displaying or promoting illegal and criminal activities. The platform prohibits the creation, posting, or dissemination of unlawful content that disrupts economic order, undermines social management norms, or otherwise harms public interests, as well as any behavior that uses the platform to carry out related illegal or criminal activities, or the posting of content aimed at advertising or promoting such activities. If a user files a complaint or the platform detects that a user’s posted information contains such prohibited content, the platform will impose penalties on the relevant content and the user’s account to prevent any physical harm or property loss to other users. For cases that constitute illegal or criminal acts, the platform will cooperate fully with law enforcement and judicial authorities in handling these matters.

6. Assisting in, or inciting, criminal activities. The platform prohibits users from using its services to organize, join, assist, encourage, or promote any illegal, criminal, or harmful activities that could cause harm or property damage to other individuals, organizations, or animals.

(2) Illegal and Harmful Information

1. Illegal and Harmful Information: The platform strictly prohibits the creation, publication, and dissemination of any information that contains the following illegal or harmful content: 1) Information opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution; 2) Information endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity; 3) Information damaging the nation’s honor and interests; 4) Information promoting terrorism or extremism, or inciting the commission of terrorist or extremist activities; 5) Information inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic solidarity; 6) Information undermining national religious policies, or promoting cults and feudal superstitions; 7) Information spreading rumors and disrupting economic and social order; 8) Information inciting illegal gatherings, associations, marches, demonstrations, or mass disturbances that disrupt social order; 9) Information disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or inciting criminal behavior; 10) Information distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or denying heroes, martyrs, and their deeds and spirit; 11) Information insulting, parodying, distorting, or vilifying symbols, logos, sound effects, and other items with special significance—such as the national flag, national anthem, national emblem, Renminbi, military flags, military songs, and military emblems—through means including denigration, defacement, burning, scribbling, trampling, or tampering; 12) Information that may provoke specific groups and trigger risks of social instability; 13) Information disclosing details such as motives, backgrounds, and modus operandi of serious and sensitive cases and incidents, causing public discomfort or panic, or easily prompting imitation; 14) Information that could be exploited by malicious actors or hostile forces, exacerbating social class divisions, stoking public discontent, and even spreading risks into politically sensitive or stability-related areas; 15) Other information that causes serious harm to online public order and public interests; 16) Any other content prohibited by laws and regulations.

2. Harmful and false information on current affairs. The platform strictly prohibits users from using the platform to publish harmful or false information on current affairs that violates laws and regulations, endangers national security, or damages the Party and the state, as well as the dignity and image of the nation.

When users post content related to domestic and international current events, public policies, or social issues—whether they have created and disseminated the content themselves or are quoting content posted by other users—they must include the time and location of the recording. If they are quoting content from other users, they must also specify the source of the quotation, to help users assess the authenticity and timeliness of the event.

For the daily management of current affairs information, the platform will, in accordance with the requirements of the competent authorities, legally handle content and accounts that contain harmful information related to current affairs.

(3) Illegal and harmful content

The platform firmly opposes users’ use of its services to create, publish, or disseminate illegal content that infringes upon the rights and interests of others—such as obscene, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or hate-filled speech—or content that is vulgar, gory, terrifying, excessively exaggerated, or designed solely to attract attention, thereby causing viewers discomfort or negative physical and psychological impacts.

1. Pornographic and obscene content. The platform prohibits users from posting or disseminating any content that contains pornographic or obscene information, or from engaging in any illegal or non-compliant activities such as directing traffic to resources containing such content. Pornographic and obscene content includes textual, pictorial, video, and audio materials that explicitly depict sexual acts or blatantly promote pornography in a lascivious manner. Producing, posting, disseminating, or selling pornographic and obscene content constitutes an illegal act and may even amount to a criminal offense. Content related to human physiology and medical knowledge does not qualify as obscene information.

2. Hate and Discriminatory Speech: The platform strictly prohibits users from posting or disseminating any form of hate and discriminatory speech, including but not limited to discrimination and hate based on gender, age, geographic location, ethnicity, race, religious beliefs, nationality, physical condition, mental disabilities, victimization history, gender identity, economic status, or level of education.

3. Vulgar and sensational content. Platforms that promote, display, or disseminate content aimed at attracting attention and boosting traffic—content characterized by lowbrow tastes, vulgarity, pandering to popular trends, or containing sexual innuendo or sexual provocation—will be subject to corresponding restrictions.

4. Graphic violence content. The platform opposes users posting, distributing, displaying, or glamorizing violent or bloody scenes, as well as content that gleefully revels in the suffering or humiliation of others. Such content may cause psychological and physical discomfort among other users.

5. Thrilling and horror content. Thrilling and horror content is highly likely to cause intense sensory and psychological stimulation, making viewers feel uncomfortable and potentially harming the physical and mental health of minors. Therefore, the platform does not welcome this type of content.

6. Cruel and indifferent content. The platform condemns behaviors that disregard human life, mock others’ suffering, or take pleasure in others’ humiliation, and refuses to allow such content to be disseminated.

Given that each user has a different level of sensitivity and tolerance toward the aforementioned inappropriate content,   Especially among underage users, acceptance is even lower. Therefore, in addition to the content prohibited from being posted as mentioned above, if a user’s post contains elements such as gore, thrill, or horror, please proactively add a warning label.

(4) False Information

False information typically refers to content that is fabricated without any factual basis, or that distorts partial facts out of context, pieced together from fragments, or deliberately exaggerated. The platform is committed to curbing the spread of rumors and other forms of false information, and to guiding users toward obtaining authentic, authoritative sources. We call on all users to refrain from believing or spreading rumors, continuously enhance their digital literacy, and actively participate in efforts to combat false information. If you come across content that you suspect may contain false information, we encourage you to report it and actively join our efforts to debunk such misinformation.

(5) Infringement of personal rights

1. Suicide and self-harm: The platform prohibits the creation, posting, or dissemination of any content that depicts, promotes, induces, encourages, organizes, or incites suicide or self-harm, or any negative content that reveals the identities of victims or survivors of suicide or self-harm and attacks them. Users are also prohibited from live-streaming activities involving suicide or self-harm.

2. Online violence. The platform prohibits users from using its services to commit, or inciting or encouraging others to commit, acts of “online violence” against others, and also prohibits the posting or dissemination of content that perpetrates online violence against others.

3. Violation of personal freedom. The platform strictly prohibits users from posting or disseminating any content that displays, promotes, or glamorizes violations of others’ rights to personal freedom. For any content that may constitute a violation of the law or criminal offense, the platform will actively cooperate with law enforcement and judicial authorities in handling such cases.

4. Dangerous behaviors. The platform prohibits users from posting content involving high-risk activities, dangerous driving, hazardous pranks, or any content that showcases dangerous tools or toys.

5. Infringement on Privacy and Personal Information. The platform prohibits users from publishing, disclosing, or requesting others’ personal information or privacy without the consent of the rights holder and without a legally prescribed reasonable justification. This includes, but is not limited to, personally identifiable information, financial information, residential information, medical information, information about online or offline activities, and other information that the individual does not wish to be known by others. For instances of infringement on privacy and personal information, the platform provides a reporting feature to facilitate user reporting.

6. Other acts that infringe upon personal rights. Other acts that infringe upon the personal rights of others include, but are not limited to: 1) Abusing or misappropriating another person’s portrait, name, or business name, thereby infringing upon their right of portraiture, right of name, and right of business name; 2) Using slanderous or defamatory means to damage another person’s reputation, lower their social standing, or undermine public trust in them, thereby harming the social evaluation of their products or services; 3) Humorously humiliating others or fabricating facts to cause damage to their reputation; 4) Employing, organizing, instigating, or assisting others in publishing or forwarding content that infringes upon the personal rights of others.

(6) Infringement on the rights and interests of minors

The platform strictly prohibits anyone from using its services to abuse, harm, endanger, or maliciously exploit minors, or to instill incorrect values in them. The platform also strictly forbids the posting of content that could harm the physical and mental health of minors. In accordance with laws and regulations such as the Law on the Protection of Minors, the platform will actively fulfill its obligations and safeguard the rights and interests of minors.

(7) Violating public order and good morals

Public order and good morals typically refer to public order and conventional social norms, encompassing both the general order necessary for society to function normally and the general moral principles essential for its existence and development. The platform is committed to working together with users to create a community environment that is rich and diverse, healthy and positive, and genuine and friendly.   Therefore, in addition to prohibiting the posting of content that violates laws and regulations or the commission of illegal and criminal acts, the platform also prohibits users from posting content that violates public order and good morals or engaging in behaviors that run counter to public order and good morals.

(8) False and Dishonest Conduct

1. Cheating and Spamming: The platform prohibits users from engaging in cheating activities or posting spam content intended to deceive or mislead users in order to artificially inflate view counts. The platform is committed to preventing individual users from improperly boosting view counts or mass-distributing content through unethical means for commercial gain.

For those who impair platform operations or degrade user experience through cheating or spamming, the platform will identify and assess such behavior using technical means and reserves the right to take necessary measures based on these assessments.

2. Improper Marketing and False Advertising: The platform opposes users engaging in improper marketing practices such as sending spam messages, making exaggerated or misleading claims, and conducting false advertising. Users are prohibited from posting content that violates laws and regulations regarding services and transactions.

3. Malicious traffic diversion. The platform prohibits users from guiding other users to third-party platforms—through deceptive or manipulative means—that could jeopardize users’ personal rights and property security.

4. Deceptive Practices. The platform prohibits users from using its services to deceive others into trusting them or directing other users to external platforms for the purpose of fraud. Users are also prohibited from employing any deceptive practices or methods to obtain interactions and traffic. The platform will actively cooperate with law enforcement and judicial authorities in their efforts to combat fraudulent activities on the platform.

(9) Violation of intellectual property protection

The platform respects originality and encourages users to create valuable works. To this end, the platform not only safeguards users’ intellectual property rights over their own creations but also strictly requires users not to upload works that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. If a user uploads content that infringes...   For content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, the platform will handle it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Strictly prohibit illegally capitalizing on trending topics for improper gains.

(1) Strictly prohibited from using Improper Gains from “False Identity”

Do not take advantage of trending events to impersonate, improperly associate the parties involved with the brands concerned, or fabricate so-called... Titles such as “master,” “expert,” and “successor” have attracted attention and led to improper gains after drawing public interest.

(2) Strictly prohibited from using Improper Gains from “False Content”

It is prohibited to deliberately engage in disparagement, incite conflict, or artificially create divisions along ethnic, regional, or gender lines by posting false content, and then use such divisive rhetoric to sell related products and seek undue profits.

(3) Strictly prohibited from using Improper Gains from “Fake Marketing”

( 1) It is prohibited to use so-called “exposing dark secrets” or “revealing hidden truths” as a gimmick to publish false marketing information that disparages industries, merchants, or products. In particular, in areas of high public concern—such as food safety and healthcare—it is strictly forbidden to create panic and anxiety through the dissemination of false marketing information and then exploit these fears by selling physical goods or paid educational content (courses) in these same areas for improper profit.

( 2) It is prohibited to publish fictitious, biased, or exaggerated marketing information—without any actual experience—by simply repurposing, copying, or piecing together publicly available information, and then improperly attracting attention in order to profit from the promotion of goods or services.

(4) Strictly prohibited from using Improper Gains from “Fake Traffic”

It is prohibited to use a single account or multiple matrix-style accounts to mass-publish homogeneous, low-quality content—or even content that is illegal or violates regulations—that contains no substantive information. Such practices are intended to deceive users into following, liking, bookmarking, and sharing the accounts and their content, thereby fraudulently attracting traffic and obtaining undue profits.

V. Utilization   AI-generated content

The platform prohibits users from using   The use of AI and other technologies to create, replicate, publish, or disseminate the aforementioned prohibited behaviors and unwelcome content is strictly forbidden. It is also prohibited to leverage AI and other technologies to generate or synthesize fictitious facts, conceal the truth, or otherwise manipulate, mislead, or deceive others. Any content generated or synthesized using AI and other technologies must be clearly labeled. For users who repeatedly and extensively generate illegal or harmful information using AI and other technologies, the platform will take measures such as restricting account usage and adding the user to a blacklist.

VI. Platform Account Management Rules

A user account is the user’s identity on the platform and serves as the credential for using the platform’s services in the user’s capacity. Users have the right to choose a combination of legitimate characters as their account name and to set a password that meets security requirements. The account information—including the name, avatar, cover photo, bio, signature, and authentication details—that users register and use on the platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations and adhere to public order and good morals. The platform shall formulate account management rules in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to govern users’ accounts and related activities.

(1) Account Registration. Users can only access certain platform features without registering or logging in. Before using specific features or individual services, users must register for or log in to a platform account and complete real-name authentication in accordance with applicable national laws and regulations. When registering for and using the platform, users shall provide true, accurate, lawful, and valid identity documents and necessary information.

Users shall promptly update the relevant information provided to ensure that such information is current, accurate, complete, and valid. The platform will, in accordance with the law, inspect and verify users’ information. If a user fails to provide the required information in a timely manner, or if the information provided is obviously false, or if the information verified by administrative or judicial authorities proves to be invalid, the platform will issue a notice requesting clarification or demanding corrective action.   And it demands re-certification until the provision of some or all platform services is suspended or terminated, while reserving the right to pursue relevant legal liabilities.

(2) Account Usage. The platform account is intended for the sole use of the registered user. It is prohibited to donate, lend, lease, transfer, sell, or otherwise authorize others to use the account without the platform’s prior consent. If the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the registered account holder, in order to ensure account security, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate services provided to that account.

(3) Rules for User Account Information. The platform requires users to register using their real personal identity information. For institutional users, account information must be consistent with the institution’s actual name, logo, and other identifying features, and must align with the institution’s nature, scope of business, and industry sector. When registering or modifying account information—including name, avatar, cover photo, bio, signature, and certification details—users must, while complying with applicable laws and regulations, neither use nor include any of the following content nor engage in any of the following activities: 1) Impersonating, counterfeiting, or fabricating the names and logos of political parties, Party and government organs, military institutions, enterprises and public institutions, mass organizations, social organizations, as well as those of countries (regions) and international organizations; 2) Impersonating, counterfeiting, or fabricating the names and logos of news websites, newspapers and periodicals, radio and television stations, news agencies, and other news media, or unauthorizedly using names and logos that carry news-related attributes such as “news” or “report”; 3) Impersonating, counterfeiting, or maliciously associating geographical names and logos of important spatial features such as national administrative regions, locations of institutions, and landmark buildings; 4) Impersonating, counterfeiting, or fabricating the names, portraits, identity information, and other personal details of other natural persons; 5) Intentionally embedding QR codes, website addresses, email addresses, contact information, or using homophonic, near-homophonic, or similar characters, numbers, symbols, and letters in account information with the intent to harm public interests, infringe upon the rights and interests of others, or seek improper gains; 6) Using homophonic, near-homophonic, or similar characters, pinyin, numbers, symbols, letters, and meaningless characters to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, seek illegal profits, or harm public interests; 7) Containing content that is misleading, exaggerated, or otherwise likely to deceive or confuse the public; 8) Containing any other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and relevant state provisions.

(4) Account Authentication. For accounts engaged in the production of information content in specialized fields such as economy, education, healthcare, justice, and news and information services, users shall provide documentation demonstrating their professional background, as well as relevant materials certifying their professional qualifications or service credentials obtained in accordance with laws and administrative regulations, for the platform to conduct the necessary verification.

(5) Dishonest account behaviors. The platform prohibits users from engaging in the following dishonest account behaviors that disrupt the platform’s normal management order and infringe upon users’ rights and interests: 1) Maliciously registering accounts, including but not limited to frequently and批量 registering accounts; 2) Using another person’s name or likeness without their consent to create an account in their name, or copying another user’s avatar, profile, or works on the platform, thereby easily causing other users to misunderstand, become confused, or be unable to verify the authenticity of the account; 3) Without the platform’s consent, gifting, lending, renting, transferring, selling, or otherwise licensing one’s account to others for use; 4) Organizations or individuals banned from using the platform’s services registering accounts through deceptive means or by concealing their true identities; 5) After an account has been legally banned, re-registering with the same or similar account information, or re-registering across different platforms; 6) Other dishonest behaviors involving accounts that violate laws, regulations, and the platform’s order.

(6) Account Penalties. If a user violates this Agreement or other rules of this platform and any of the following situations occur, the platform reserves the right to impose the following penalties on the user’s account: restricting traffic, limiting exposure in trending searches, limiting ad revenue sharing, capping reward income, revoking live-streaming and monetization privileges, removing fans acquired through improper means, banning the account, imposing a speaking ban, and permanently deleting accounts found to be in violation.   Users shall bear all consequences arising from the inability to normally use their accounts and related services, or to properly access assets or other rights within their accounts, due to reasons such as those mentioned above. 1) Users who violate these rules, commit serious violations, or repeatedly engage in violations; 2) Users found—through user complaints or platform detection—to have engaged in illegal, criminal, or otherwise non-compliant activities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and departmental rules; 3) Users whose accounts have been reported by other users or identified by the platform as not being initially registered by the account holder, or whose continued use of the account poses significant risks—the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services provided to such accounts and to indefinitely disable these accounts. For accounts that may constitute illegal or criminal activities, the platform reserves the right to refer the matter to law enforcement and judicial authorities for handling. Accounts engaging in improper profiteering by capitalizing on trending topics will be subject to severe penalties.

7. Cybersecurity Protection

The platform prohibits any content or behavior that compromises the security and reliability of its services:

( 1) Hacking into the platform’s website, application, or related networks, or bypassing the platform’s design or protective measures—including but not limited to restrictions on user access rights; (2) Disseminating information containing viruses, Trojan horses, computer worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or harmful content; (3) Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse-engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or creating any derivative products based on the platform (including any programs, webpages, forms, or files), or attempting to reproduce any source code, algorithms, methods, or technologies embedded in the platform; (4) Using automated scripts to collect information from the platform in bulk or to scrape data; (5) Any other content or behavior that violates or threatens the platform’s cybersecurity.

VIII. Protection of Personal Information

The platform is committed to protecting personal information. During your use of the platform, you may be required to provide personal information in order to receive better services and technical support. The platform will collect and process personal information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and will employ security measures—including encryption technologies and anonymization techniques—as well as other security measures tailored to our products and services, to safeguard your personal information. At the same time, we will, in accordance with the law, protect your rights to browse, modify, delete, refuse to provide, and withdraw authorization for the provision of your personal information. The platform places great importance on the protection of personal information belonging to minors.   If a user does not have full civil capacity, they must obtain prior consent from their guardian before using the platform’s services.

The platform may use recommendation algorithms to provide users with personalized content recommendations, and users have the right to independently choose and control these personalized recommendations.

9. User Complaints and Reports

The platform has established a public complaint and reporting system.
