Release time:
2015-06-29 17:22
Tibetan medicine is not only an important component of China’s traditional ethnic medicine but is also widely practiced in the neighboring Himalayan region and enjoys great trust among local people in Nepal. On June 13, a medical rescue team led by Ms. Lei Jufang, Chairperson of our company—and comprising Tibetan doctors and their assistants—arrived in Kathmandu, Nepal, to provide post-disaster medical assistance to the Nepalese people using Tibetan medicine. The next day, the medical team immediately launched free Tibetan medical consultations, and the corridors quickly filled with patients waiting to be seen. As of June 20, the team had provided free medical services to a total of 700 patients. This free medical outreach will continue based on the needs of patients in the disaster-stricken areas, and we will remain in close contact with our colleagues on the ground, keeping you updated with ongoing reports.
