Recently, in the 2013 “China’s Great Employer” selection event—hosted by Taihe Consultants and jointly organized by more than ten authoritative institutions including the China Chain Store & Franchise Association and the China Logistics Association—our company was awarded the “China’s Great Employer Outstanding Enterprise Award.”
It is reported that this year’s “China’s Best Employers” event marks the second edition, following its inaugural launch in 2012, which garnered widespread attention and acclaim from the industry. A total of over 100 companies from ten major industries participated in the competition. A joint judging panel—comprising dozens of media outlets, more than ten experts from industry organizations, and senior specialists from Taihe Consultants—conducted a comprehensive survey of each participating company, assessing their levels of employee engagement and satisfaction across four key dimensions: corporate culture, career development, employee recognition, and employee performance. After careful evaluation in each of these areas, the panel ultimately selected 11 winners for the overall industry awards, 32 winners for individual industry awards, and 34 winners for the Outstanding Enterprise Award.
Su Hainan, Vice President of the China Labor Society and Chairman of the Compensation Professional Committee, who serves as a member of this year’s judging panel, said in an interview with the media that this year’s “China’s Best Employers” selection has reached a new high in terms of both the number and quality of participating companies, as well as the intensity of the competition. The ten industries represented by the shortlisted companies are all well-known and benchmark enterprises within their respective sectors. Guided by the principle of “inspiring employee engagement and building employer brands,” the judging panel conducted its evaluation impartially, adhering to the principles of fairness, openness, and justice, and ultimately compiled a highly credible list of winners.
