Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Joins the China Patient Assistance Alliance’s “Prescription Care” Public Welfare Initiative.

Lanzhou, March 13 (People's Daily Online, Gao Xiang) — Recently, 8,400 bags of Cuitang Granules and other medicines donated by Gansu Qizheng Tibetan Medicine were delivered to the Lanzhou New Area Reserve Emergency Hospital via the Gansu Provincial Health Commission. At the same time, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine has joined the China Patient Assistance Alliance’s “Prescription Care” public welfare initiative, making multiple batches of urgently needed medicines and supplies available to medical institutions and patients in Wuhan and other regions, working together to overcome the epidemic.
It is understood that Qizheng Tibetan Medicine, as a leading enterprise in the Tibetan medicine industry, has been actively involved throughout the COVID-19 prevention and control efforts. On January 20, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine sent 800 boxes of Influenza Pills to Wuhan and other regions. On January 23, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine urgently assembled 320 cases of symptomatic Tibetan medicines and transported them to Hubei Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Wuhan No. 1 Hospital, Wuhan No. 3 Hospital, and Wuhan Children’s Hospital for use in epidemic prevention and control. After February 5, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine made three separate donations to the Hubei Provincial Health Commission, providing preventive and therapeutic medicines such as Influenza Pills, Renqing Mangjue Capsules, and Cuitang Granules. Additionally, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine joined the Gansu medical team dispatched to Hubei to provide on-site rescue assistance. The Tibetan medicines included in the “Gansu Formula” were clinically applied in the designated wards of Wuhan Central Hospital and Dongkou Fangcang Hospital.
