Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Wins the 22nd Golden Bull Award for Investor Relations Management among Listed Companies.

On November 19, the “2020 Forum on High-Quality Development of Listed Companies and the 22nd Golden Bull Awards Ceremony for Listed Companies,” jointly hosted by China Securities Journal and the People’s Government of Haikou City, was held in Haikou. Qizheng Tibetan Medicine (002287) was awarded the China Listed Companies’ Golden Bull Award for Investor Relations Management.

Publicly available information shows that Qizheng Tibetan Medicine is a pharmaceutical enterprise integrating Tibetan medicine R&D, production, and sales. It boasts an independent and comprehensive supply, R&D, production, and sales system, and is a dual industry leader in both the domestic and international markets for pain-relief patches and the Tibetan medicine sector. The company has 55 registered Tibetan medicine product names and 72 approved drug registration numbers, including topical medications such as Xiaotong Paste, Qingpeng Ointment, Baimai Ointment, and Tiebangchui Pain Relief Ointment, as well as oral medications like Honghua Ruyi Pills, Renqing Mangjue Capsules, and Ruyi Zhenbao Tablets. These products cover multiple specialized therapeutic areas of Tibetan medicine, including orthopedics, neurology, gynecology, and gastroenterology.
Qizheng Tibetan Medicine remains focused on its core business and has achieved steady, robust growth over the past eleven years since its IPO. It selects 17 key indicators across five major dimensions: profitability, solvency, asset management capability, growth potential, and innovation capacity, and conducts a comprehensive ranking of the entire sample. Additionally, the award introduces score adjustments based on positive and negative adjustment indicators and incorporates corporate governance capability into the evaluation framework, striving for a holistic and comprehensive assessment of A-share listed companies.
The “Golden Bull Awards” are a financial brand vigorously developed by the China Securities Journal. The Golden Bull Awards series brings together the expertise of numerous professional evaluation agencies, relying on quantitative metrics and adhering to the principles of openness, impartiality, and fairness. They are among the most credible and influential authoritative awards in China’s capital market, often referred to as the “Oscars” of Chinese listed companies. In 2019, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine won two prestigious awards: the “2018 China Listed Companies Golden Bull Leader Award” and the “2018 Golden Bull Award for Most Investment-Valuable Company.”
