As Tibet’s epidemic response is gaining momentum, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine has seen a surge in production plans due to its continuous donations over the past few days. Although supply has fallen somewhat short of demand, Qizheng has been reluctant to turn down requests from various parties seeking additional donations. On August 19, faced with urgent demands from the frontline of the epidemic, Qizheng’s management made an emergency decision: to mobilize influenza pills currently available in the national sales market and send them immediately to Tibet. The order was promptly communicated to Qizheng Tibetan Medicine’s commercial department, instructing them to gather all available influenza pills, halt their sale, and prioritize their donation to Tibet.
While coordinating stock preparation, Qizheng Business employees also contacted the company’s logistics department to arrange transportation. By shortly after 10 p.m., Zhonglianda Logistics had successfully arranged the shipment.
On the morning of August 20, Qizheng’s Commerce Department coordinated once again, aiming to squeeze out as much extra time as possible. After negotiations, logistics finalized the fastest shipping plan and adjusted the original schedule that had been set for afternoon departure. Thus, 42 cartons of influenza pills were dispatched from Jiangsu to Lhasa.
Since the outbreak in Tibet, Qizheng Business employees have been deeply concerned about the situation every single day and have wholeheartedly supported the company’s donation efforts. It’s a pity that they can’t be there in person to lend a hand—so all they can do is pray from the bottom of their hearts, wishing their colleagues and fellow countrymen in Tibet to take proper protective measures and stay healthy. Suddenly, they received an urgent order to donate influenza tablets. Of course, they immediately sprang into action, racing against time to deliver the tablets to Lhasa as quickly as possible, helping the snowy plateau return to health and purity at the earliest opportunity.
The Commercial Department of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine continues to follow up on the Jiangxi and Jiangsu regions and has now assembled another 15 boxes of influenza pills, which will soon be shipped to Lhasa.
