Recently, the "2007 New Fortune Annual Conference," a large-scale television event jointly initiated by the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, the China Association for Promoting the Guangcai Cause, the China Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises under the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Economic Channel of CCTV, solemnly unveiled the inaugural "Guangcai Figures List." Ms. Lei Jufang, Chairwoman of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine, was among those honored on the list. The "Guangcai Figures" List was organized and selected for the first time by the China Association for Promoting the Guangcai Cause, which recognized a total of ten individuals from across the country—individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the Guangcai Cause over the past thirteen years and brought civilization and well-being to "old, young, border, and impoverished" regions.
The China Guangcai Program, guided by the fundamental principles of "balancing justice and profit, emphasizing both moral integrity and practical action, achieving common prosperity, and giving back to society," is a development-oriented poverty alleviation initiative launched and implemented by China's private entrepreneurs. Since its launch over a decade ago, the Guangcai Program has become a vital force in mobilizing resources—from government agencies to grassroots communities, from charitable organizations to enterprises—toward improving people’s livelihoods and enhancing the living conditions of vulnerable groups. The Guangcai Program represents a pioneering endeavor in China to build a harmonious society ahead of its time, and it also stands as a remarkable initiative in establishing a positive public image for private enterprises as responsible corporate citizens.
Qizheng Tibetan Medicine adheres to the core values of “doing good and benefiting others, pursuing the right path and engaging in righteous professions,” and wholeheartedly supports and upholds the fundamental mission of the Guangcai Initiative. It consistently views social responsibility not merely as a public relations exercise, but rather as an opportunity to create shared value. For over a decade, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine has been committed to addressing social issues in which it excels by co-creating shared value, striving to find self-sustaining solutions that no longer rely on private donations or government subsidies. As a result, the Guangcai projects invested in by Qizheng Tibetan Medicine have repeatedly been cited as exemplary cases at the United Nations NGO Poverty Alleviation Forum and during domestic promotional events for the Guangcai Initiative.
