Recently, our wholly-owned subsidiary, Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Marketing Co., Ltd., successfully passed the certification inspection for the new version of the “Good Supply Practice” (GSP) under the strict compliance with the certification requirements of the revised GSP, and has been awarded the corresponding certificate by the Food and Drug Administration of the Tibet Autonomous Region.
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s pharmaceutical industry, the requirements for pharmaceutical distribution enterprises have become increasingly stringent. Against this backdrop, the state has revised and introduced a new version of the GSP certification. It is understood that as of June 30 of this year, the first batch of enterprises that have not yet completed the new GSP certification will be required to cease operations. December 31 of next year marks the final deadline for pharmacies to obtain the new GSP certification; by then, any enterprise that has failed to pass the certification will be phased out. The newly revised “Good Supply Practice for Pharmaceutical Products,” comprising a total of 187 articles, sets forth stricter requirements than before regarding aspects such as drug procurement and sales channels for wholesale pharmaceutical companies, temperature and humidity control in warehouses, document management, and cold-chain management. It also lays down specific regulations for retail pharmaceutical companies concerning product display and storage, as well as staff qualifications.
As early as 1996, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine began building its own marketing team and adopted different approaches to developing its marketing network in response to the varying marketing environments of each era. Throughout the process of opening up new markets, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine’s marketing team has consistently upheld a spirit of initiative and innovation, continuously moving toward greater professionalism. The company has fully leveraged the unique characteristics of traditional ethnic medicines by establishing both cultural marketing and academic marketing models, and has explored scientific marketing approaches for these time-honored ethnic remedies. Through the promotion of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine products, the company has not only raised awareness among medical experts but also enhanced public understanding of Tibetan medicine culture. Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Marketing Co., Ltd. was founded in September 1997. Over nearly two decades of development, the company has steadily built its distinctive competitive advantages, prominently highlighting the “high quality, high content, high value” attributes of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine’s pain-relief product line. As a result, it has become renowned among customers as the “fastest-acting, longest-lasting, and most effective topical plaster for pain relief.”
During the application process for the new version of GSP certification, Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Marketing Co., Ltd. strictly adhered to the requirements of the new GSP, upgrading its hardware facilities—including warehousing equipment, transportation systems, and information systems—and further standardizing document management. The company has also refined its pharmaceutical quality assurance system, scientifically carried out hardware upgrades and software enhancements, and carefully mastered the detailed regulations, actively promoting the comprehensive implementation of the new GSP within the company. Through obtaining the new GSP certification, the company’s management capabilities, pharmaceutical quality assurance capabilities, and business performance have all been further enhanced, laying a solid foundation for expanding the company’s business scope, gaining market share, and further strengthening its core competitiveness.
