In 2013, the “Harvard Professor David Christiani—Qizheng Tibetan Medicine—Tibetan Medicine Research Laboratory” was established in Lanzhou, marking the first-ever joint national-local laboratory dedicated to Tibetan medicine and its collaboration with world-class international experts. Since its establishment, the joint laboratory has conducted systematic scientific research centered on precious Tibetan medicinal products such as "Rinchen Mangjue," exploring the modern applications of traditional Tibetan medicine and achieving promising research outcomes.
Recently, David and his team members arrived in China once again. They held focused workshops separately in Beijing and Lanzhou with researchers from our company’s R&D center and the institutions responsible for experiments related to Renqing Mangjue capsules. Both sides engaged in effective communication regarding their collaborative project, summarized the results of previous research, and clearly defined the direction for the next phase of studies.
During his stay in Lanzhou, Professor David also delivered a keynote speech titled “Air Pollution & Health Effects: Progress towards Prevention and Treatment” to the company’s senior executives and R&D personnel.
