In 2013, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine had a total of 1,452 regular employees, among whom 246 were members of ethnic minorities, accounting for 17% of the total workforce. Over the past three years (2011–2013), the company’s manufacturing center sent a total of 27 employee rotations to Tibet. While implementing internal talent rotation programs, the company has also developed a succession plan for cultivating Tibetan-region employees. By sending specialized technical personnel on rotational assignments to Tibet, the skills of Tibetan employees have been effectively enhanced through mentorship and knowledge transfer.
