　　Lei Jufang believes that a well-managed enterprise, by choosing social issues that it is familiar with and that directly affect its own interests—and by devoting ample resources, deep expertise, and outstanding management skills to addressing these issues—can have a far greater positive impact on public welfare than any other institution or charitable organization. During the Wenchuan earthquake, Qizheng made six emergency donations of medicines and supplies worth a total of 7.24 million yuan to support the disaster-stricken areas. Following the Yushu earthquake on April 14, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine dispatched four successive small teams in a relay fashion over a period of 49 days, rotating shifts to station themselves in Yushu for rescue operations. In total, Qizheng donated materials and cash amounting to 5.09 million yuan and also planned funds to support the reconstruction of post-disaster medical facilities. The relief supplies and cash were donated through national disaster relief channels and distributed directly by rescue teams on the front lines, helping affected residents alleviate their suffering and overcome immediate hardships. Lei Jufang personally coordinated and closely monitored the entire relief effort. On August 8, when Zhouqu was struck by a massive flash flood and mudslide, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine immediately organized the delivery of instant food and drinking water directly to the disaster area to provide urgent assistance.
