Recently, the award ceremony for the “2012 China Listed Companies Value Selection” was held in Shenzhen, where our company was honored with the title of “Top 50 Chinese SME Board Listed Companies in 2012.”
In this year’s selection, companies such as Guizhou Moutai, Wanhua Chemical, and Shanghai Jahwa topped the list of the Top 100 Listed Companies on the Main Board for 2012. In addition to our company, other firms—including Hikvision, Dahua Technology, Jerry Shares, as well as Enlight Media, Pathfinder, and Tanxin Biotech—each claimed top spots in the Top 50 on the SME Board and the Top 20 on the ChiNext Board for 2012. More than 200 board secretaries were awarded honors including “Top 100 Board Secretaries on the Main Board,” “Top 100 Board Secretaries on the SME Board,” and “Outstanding Board Secretary on the ChiNext Board.” Nine board secretaries, including Bao Zhenyong from Lianhua Technology and Wang Naiqiang from Jianghuai Power, received the Second China Board Secretary Medal Award.
It is understood that this year marks the seventh edition of the China Listed Companies Value Selection, organized by the Securities Times and co-organized by New Fortune Magazine, with the China Association of Listed Companies serving as the authoritative guiding body. As the most influential listed company selection in the industry, since 2007, the Securities Times has been using the Value Selection platform to closely monitor the capital market, document the growth journeys of China’s outstanding listed companies, promote the concept of value investing, and work together with investors to identify the “Top 100 Chinese Main Board Listed Companies,” the “Top 50 Chinese SME Board Listed Companies,” the “Top 10 Most Highly-Growing SME Board Listed Companies,” and the “Top 20 Chinese ChiNext Listed Companies.” Additionally, the selection honors the “Top 100 Chinese Listed Company Secretaries,” outstanding secretaries, and recipients of the “China Secretary Medal.”
