Gansu Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine, has been designated by the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a pilot enterprise for implementing and certifying the Integration of IT and Industrialization (IIoT) Management System in 2018. To fully carry out the implementation and certification work of the IIoT Management System, the company recently held a kickoff meeting for the initiative. Representatives from relevant authorities—including the Gansu Provincial Commission of Industry and Information Technology, the Lanzhou Municipal Commission of Industry and Information Technology, and the Yuzhong County Commission of Industry and Information Technology—as well as collaborating partners such as Gansu Judao Intelligent Information Consulting Service Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the company established a leading group and a working group for implementing the integrated management system of IT and industrialization. These groups will provide coordinated guidance at the corporate strategic level to ensure that the company efficiently and effectively achieves compliance with the integrated management system standards, promotes the deep integration of information technology and industrialization, builds new capabilities for the company in the information-based environment, fosters sustainable competitive advantages, and comprehensively enhances the company’s modern management level.

At the meeting, Jidao Consulting introduced the implementation plan and organizational structure for the project, and pledged that, with the joint efforts of both parties, it would deliver high-quality consulting services to help Qizheng Tibetan Medicine establish and implement its integrated management system for industrialization and informatization, thereby enhancing quality and efficiency, and strengthening the company’s capacity for sustainable development.
It is reported that, in order to thoroughly implement the guidelines set forth in the "National Informatization Development Strategy Outline" and the "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Integration of Manufacturing and the Internet," as well as to fulfill the requirements of the "Plan for the Integrated Development of Informatization and Industrialization (2016-2020)" and the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the National Standardization Administration on Further Promoting the Integrated Management System for Informatization and Industrialization," in 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology continued to carry out pilot work on the implementation of the integrated management system for informatization and industrialization. All enterprises participating in the application process were required to have sound financial conditions and operational performance, possess strong foundations for integrating informatization and industrialization, have a solid base in enterprise digitalization, and demonstrate experience in establishing and implementing management systems. After self-application by enterprises, recommendations from industrial and information technology commissions at various levels, and expert reviews organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a total of 703 enterprises were finally approved as pilot enterprises for the implementation of the integrated management system for informatization and industrialization in 2018. Gansu Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine, successfully passed the review and became one of the pilot enterprises.
