Reading this is like meeting in person. In 2025, Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Co., Ltd celebrates its 30th birthday. Thirty years is a long yet warm journey — thank you for accompanying us and witnessing this company that emerged from the snowy plateau take root, grow, and move forward steadily over time.

Looking back, since planting the first entrepreneurial seed on the snowy plateau in 1995, Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Co., Ltd has quietly completed three historic leaps — as the first enterprise in the history of China’s Guangcai program to establish itself in Nyingchi, Tibet; sounding the listing bell on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange as the 'first listed company mainly engaged in Tibetan medicine'; and, as a leader in the modernization of Tibetan medicine, building a full industry-chain ecosystem covering medicinal herb cultivation, R&D, intelligent manufacturing, marketing, sales, and hospitals.

With 3,800 years of history, the modernization of Tibetan medicine began with Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Co., Ltd. We carry a mission, and the company’s exploration of modernizing Tibetan medicine is like walking through an uncharted area on the plateau — both a traveler and a pathfinder.

Over thirty years, Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Co., Ltd has generally maintained double-digit annual revenue growth. Many friends may wonder: what is the secret behind this steady performance? There is one. I summarize it as: innovation, inheritance, and integration. This is precisely the path the people of Tibet Qizheng have forged through continuous exploration to modernize, inherit, and promote Tibetan medicine.

Innovation: we insist on defining innovation through highly effective products. The pain-relief patch is likely familiar to everyone; much of its topical analgesic and transdermal anti-inflammatory effect comes from modern formulation technologies we developed, such as our proprietary wet-dressing formulation and ultra-low-temperature freeze-drying; using modern science and technology we have improved dosage forms of classic Tibetan medicine formulas to make their efficacy more stable and administration more convenient — for example, the Renqing Mangjue Capsule; through systematic secondary development we have enhanced drug safety, such as with Tibet Qizheng’s exclusive Honghua Ruyi Pill. Represented by these products, beyond the musculoskeletal pain field we have gradually built a product cluster covering eight major therapeutic areas — respiratory, digestive, cardiovascular, neurological, dermatological, gynecological, pediatric and other treatment areas. Relying on the profound theoretical formulation resources of Tibetan medicine and differentiated therapeutic advantages, Tibet Qizheng has the opportunity to become a pharmaceutical company that can provide clinically effective solutions across multiple treatment areas.

Heritage: we always keep guaranteeing the authenticity of our medicines, or the traditional essence, at heart. We have established direct ties with contemporary Tibetan medicine masters, set up a Traditional Tibetan Medicine Heritage Center, built Tibetan hospitals, supported Tibetan medical education, organized Tibetan medicine development conferences, and funded private Tibetan medical clinics — allowing the wisdom and techniques of Tibetan medicine to be passed down.

Integration: through research such as evidence-based medicine, we have promoted Tibetan medicine’s inclusion in the national health insurance and essential medicines lists, and its entry into integrated Chinese-Western diagnosis and treatment guidelines and expert consensus for related diseases, enriching medication choices for doctors and patients; we have built six major sales channels including tiered medical institutions, primary care, retail channels, B2C, commercial sales, and distributor recruitment; we have strengthened brand building, practicing the value proposition 'Good national medicine, efficacy matters.'
