While its core products experienced comprehensive growth, new products also delivered strong sales performance, contributing to the company’s overall business growth. The company launched the construction of the Qizheng Internet-based Greater Health Platform, completing the establishment of an integrated e-commerce front-to-back-end organizational structure that encompasses operations, promotion, customer service, and product management. The company has successfully opened and is now operating flagship stores including the Qizheng Pharmaceutical Flagship Store (Alibaba Health Pharmacy), the Qizheng Official Flagship Store (JD Pharmacy), and the Qizheng Pharmaceutical & Health Flagship Store (Pinduoduo), thus ushering in a new era of “Internet Plus” for the company.
The company also released the “Qizheng Tibetan Medicine 2019 Social Responsibility Report.” This marks the eleventh consecutive year that Qizheng Tibetan Medicine has published a social responsibility report. In the report, Chairwoman Lei Jufang stated that during the COVID-19 pandemic response, the value of traditional Chinese medicine—including ethnic medicines—has become particularly evident.
