Qizheng Tibetan Medicine’s net profit excluding non-recurring items grew by 27.57% in 2022, and the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3.9 yuan for every 10 shares held.

On the evening of April 27, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine disclosed its 2022 annual report, reporting operating revenue of 2.045 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.49%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, reached 440 million yuan, up 27.57% year-on-year. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3.9 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares held by all shareholders.
2022 marked the concluding year of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine’s strategic cycle from 2019 to 2022. During this strategic period, the company’s operating revenue grew by 68.54%, with a compound annual growth rate of 13.94%; operating profit increased by 47.31%, with a compound annual growth rate of 10.17%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company rose by 48.20%, with a compound annual growth rate of 10.33%; and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, climbed by 59.79%, with a compound annual growth rate of 12.43%.
During the reporting period, the company continued to implement its core strategy of "strengthening pain management," building a product portfolio that integrates both topical and oral formulations. Pain-relief products—including pain-relieving patches, Qingpeng Ointment, Bai Mai Ointment, Ruyi Zhenbao Tablets, and Tiebang Chui Dispersible Patches—maintained a steady growth trend. Among the products covered by national negotiations, Honghua Ruyi Pills achieved annual sales growth of over 30%. In the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases of the respiratory system, the company’s pediatric products, Jiuwei Zhuhuang Powder and Xiao’er Chaiqin Qingjie Granules, have successively been recommended as standard medications in Yunnan Province. Additionally, the company’s respiratory-system-focused products, Shiwei Longdan Hua Capsules and Shiwei Longdan Hua Granules, have also experienced rapid growth.
During the reporting period, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine was listed in the “Top 50 Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine R&D Strength Rankings 2022,” ranking 31st. In terms of manufacturing, the company continuously adopts advanced process technologies to enhance the overall production technology level of the Tibetan medicine industry; it actively implements the concept of green and intelligent manufacturing, places great emphasis on the digitalization of production lines, and has been recognized as a National Green Demonstration Factory. In marketing, the company primarily relies on its own marketing model, complemented by refined channel management for certain products, achieving extensive coverage of medical and retail outlets nationwide. The company continues to drive the digital transformation of its marketing operations, vigorously expands its digital platforms, and further promotes the development of e-commerce, new retail, and specialized healthcare businesses.
The company also released the “Qizheng Tibetan Medicine 2022 Social Responsibility Report and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report.” This marks the 14th consecutive year that Qizheng Tibetan Medicine has published a social responsibility report. According to the report, as of the end of 2022, the company had cumulatively invested 150.1 million yuan in social welfare initiatives—including healthcare, education, and rural revitalization—in Tibetan areas and western China.
