Qizheng Tibetan Medicine has been named industry champion and ranked among the Top 10 brands with the fastest value growth on the “Hurun Billion-Dollar Potential Brand List.”

On October 14, the Hurun Research Institute, in collaboration with Ousais, a digital brand strategy consulting firm, jointly released the “2021 Ousais-Hurun Top 10 Billion-Yuan Potential Brands List.” Qizheng Tibetan Medicine ranked 11th on the list and emerged as the champion in the healthcare sector, boasting an average value increase of 208%. It is the only company from the healthcare industry to make it into the Top 10 brands leading in value growth.
According to Rupert Hoogewerf, Chairman and Chief Researcher of the Hurun Report, “To reflect trends over the coming years, our ranking criteria focus on companies’ revenue growth and market capitalization growth—from before the pandemic up to the present day. Revenue growth is used to gauge consumer confidence in these companies; we’ve combined revenue growth data from 2019 through this year. Market capitalization growth, meanwhile, reflects investor confidence—specifically, the change in market capitalization as of July this year compared to January last year.” He also noted, “We hope this ranking will serve as a useful reference for individuals and businesses building brands, helping them identify which Chinese brands are poised to surpass 10 billion yuan in revenue in the coming years.”
