Qizheng has initiated the establishment of the Tibet Yutuo Tibetan Medicine Industry Group, which was officially registered and set up in Lhasa.

On the morning of November 16, the Tibet Yutuo Tibetan Medicine Industry Group was officially established and listed in Lhasa. Zhang Qingli, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region, Bai Ma Chilin, Chairman of the Regional People's Government, Hao Peng, Executive Vice Chairman, and other leading officials from the regional Party Committee and government attended the listing ceremony. The Yutuo Tibetan Medicine Group was initiated primarily by Qizheng Tibetan Medicine, with joint participation from the Tibet Autonomous Region Investment Co., Ltd., the Tibet Autonomous Region Tibetan Medicine Factory, the Tibet Tibetan Medicine Group Co., Ltd., and the Tibet Autonomous Region State-owned Assets Management Company. The registered capital of the group is 100 million yuan, and its business scope includes the cultivation and trade of Tibetan medicinal materials, R&D, production, and sales of Tibetan medicines, as well as wholesale and retail distribution of pharmaceutical products. Among them, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine contributed 80 million yuan, accounting for 80% of the shares.
At the founding conference, Hao Peng, Deputy Secretary of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and Executive Vice Chairman of the Autonomous Region, pointed out that the establishment of the Tibet Yutuo Tibetan Medicine Industry Group Co., Ltd. is an important initiative and concrete action taken by the Autonomous Region Party Committee and government to implement the spirit of the Central Government’s Fifth Symposium on Work in Tibet and the Seventh Plenary Session of the Seventh Committee of the Regional Party Committee. By leveraging our region’s resource advantages, this move will accelerate the industrialization of Tibetan medicine. It is of great significance for further expanding the scale of Tibetan medicine enterprises in our region, optimizing resource allocation, achieving rational spatial planning, comprehensively enhancing market competitiveness, and promoting the scaled, intensive, modernized, and internationalized development of the Tibetan medicine industry.
Lei Jufang, Chairperson of the company, has been appointed as the Chairperson of Tibet Yutuo Tibetan Medicine Industry Group Co., Ltd., while Liu Kai, General Manager, has been appointed as the General Manager of Yutuo Tibetan Medicine Group. At the listing ceremony, Chairperson Lei Jufang stated that the establishment of Tibet Yutuo Tibetan Medicine Industry Group Co., Ltd. has been a long-held aspiration and ideal of Tibetan medicine industry professionals in Tibet for many years. In the future, the group will seize the favorable opportunities presented by the development of the health industry to grow bigger, stronger, and better, and will strive to become the leading enterprise in China’s ethnic medicine sector with the most distinctive identity.
