Over the past two decades of development, the company has, through the practice of its core values—“doing good and benefiting others, pursuing integrity and excellence in business”—explored an operational system characterized by “ethnic integration, cultural fusion, technological convergence, and talent integration.” Upholding its mission of “promoting health wisdom and returning to inner and outer freedom,” the company has established a harmonious management model for ethnic pharmaceutical enterprises, pioneered a path for innovative development in the Tibetan medicine industry, and successfully developed a model for transforming millennia-old Tibetan medicinal practices into the modern market. As a result, the company has forged its own distinctive core strengths: outstanding brand building, leading-edge channel marketing, robust R&D innovation ensuring a steady pipeline of new products, abundant resources in Tibetan regions, comprehensive modern pharmaceutical research, a strong financial position, and a profound cultural heritage.
How has Qizheng Tibetan Medicine, once an obscure private enterprise, steadily grown to become a leader in the Tibetan medicine industry? Mr. Liu Kailie emphasized that inheriting the health wisdom of traditional ethnic medicine is something that ethnic pharmaceutical companies must steadfastly uphold. Yet, in this process, innovation is even more crucial—only through innovation can enterprises thrive and truly carry forward the essence of ethnic medicine. “Today’s continuous innovation is precisely for better preserving our heritage in the future.”
