1995
Built a Tibetan medicine factory in Nyingchi, Tibet, establishing the first Tibet Glory project, beginning a journey of integration and continuing the legend of Tibetan medicine.

1996
In Nyingchi, Tibet, the first group of local Tibetan employees from the Tibetan region joined Qizheng.

1997
China Central Television entered Tibet to film the feature "Flowers Blooming on the Niyang River", documenting Qizheng Tibetan Medicine's Glory journey.
1999
Received the inaugural Glory Project Medal.
At a UN international seminar, delivered a speech titled "We Progress Together with Tibet", drawing attention to the harmonious operation of the Tibet Glory poverty alleviation project.
2000
At the UN Special Session, shared experiences of integrated development in a report titled "Cultural Integration — An Important Condition for Successful Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Regions".
2001
The first Tibetan youth training class was held in Lhasa, opening up and integrating to cultivate local talent.

2003
The production base in Yuzhong, Gansu, which Qizheng Tibetan Medicine invested in and built in 1999, was awarded the "Gansu Glory Key Project" award.

Lei Jufang, Chairman of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine, was elected as a deputy to the 10th National People's Congress.
2004
Launched the "Appeal for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of Ethnic Medicine", bringing together deputies of the National People's Congress, members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and renowned pharmaceutical experts to promote the development of ethnic medicine.
The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions jointly awarded Qizheng Tibetan Medicine the title "Advanced Enterprise Caring for Employees, Achieving Win-Win". Linzhi employee Zaxi Lamu, who rose from the grassroots in the Medog mountains, was named an "Outstanding Employee Who Loves Their Enterprise Nationwide", bringing the heartfelt story of integration to Beijing.

2005
Held the "Qizheng Tibetan Medicine 2005 New Year Concert", using choral performances to showcase the rich and colorful music of the Tibetan people, promote civilization, and convey a sense of ease.
Established the Baimaqu Secret Tibetan Bath and Wellness Center in Beijing to promote Tibetan medicine culture in a multi-dimensional way and bring health to more people.

2006
Qizheng Tibetan Medicine integrated the essence of Tibetan and Han cultures and developed the value system of "benevolence, altruism, upright conduct, and legitimate business", winning the "2006 Private Enterprise Cultural Construction Achievement Award" presented by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.
2007
As the first Tibetan medicine enterprise representative, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine was invited to participate in "China Tibet Culture Week" and traveled to Russia for exchanges.

The United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, the China Glory Project Promotion Association, and other ministries jointly launched the first "Glory Figures List", and the results of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine's Glory project were once again recognized and included on the list.

2008
Lei Jufang, Chairman of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine, was elected as a member of the 11th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and submitted proposals titled "Cultivating High-Quality Ethnic Medicines to Promote the Great Development of Specialty Industries" and "The Construction of a New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Ethnic Regions Should Prioritize the Talent and Resources of Ethnic Medicine", promoting industry development.
2009
Nyingchi employee Bianba Ciren was awarded the title of "Outstanding Individual among National Knowledge-based Employees", becoming a model of local talent integration and achievement.

Lei Jufang, Chairman of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine, was awarded the "China Glory Undertaking Outstanding Contribution Award" at the ceremony commemorating the 15th anniversary of the China Glory Project.
Wu Xiuhe, head of the "UN — Climate Change and the Business Pact" project team, and five others visited for research and recommended Qizheng Tibetan Medicine as a typical case to the United Nations.
Qizheng Tibetan Medicine cooperated with Shanghai Times Guanghua Education Development Co., Ltd., a large domestic management training institution, using an advanced "online training intelligent management system" and a comprehensive course library to establish the Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Online Academy and build a learning organization.
Honored as a National Advanced Learning Organization.
In the 2008 national activity "Create Learning Organizations, Strive to Be Knowledge-based Employees", jointly organized by eight departments including the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine's Bianba Ciren received the "Outstanding Individual among National Knowledge-based Employees" title; Qizheng Tibetan Medicine's pain-relief patch production class won the "National Advanced Learning Team" title and was commended in Beijing.
The pain-relief patch industrialization project won the Science and Technology Progress Award: Qizheng Tibetan Medicine's "Pain-Relief Patch Industrialization" project received the 2009 All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Science and Technology Progress Award.
Two national-local joint engineering laboratories were both established, receiving from the National Development and Reform Commission the plaques for the "National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Tibetan Medicine Solid Preparations" and the "National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Tibetan Medicine Topical Preparations".
2010
Advocated industry development at the Two Sessions.
In March, at the CPPCC meeting, CPPCC member and Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Chairman Lei Jufang proposed that Tibetan medicine should be included in the National Essential Medicines List. In an interview with China Tibet Online, Chairman Lei said that during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period the company's primary challenge is talent, and she hopes that Qizheng Tibetan Medicine will not only be a company but also become a school for cultivating talent.
After the April 14 Yushu earthquake, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine organized four rescue teams and sent nearly 5.08 million yuan worth of medicines, supplies and cash to the disaster area, carrying out a 44-day relief operation in Yushu that received unanimous praise from local people and society.
After the August 17 catastrophic landslide in Zhouqu, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine dispatched three team members with Yushu relief experience to deliver urgently needed drinking water, convenience foods, and anti-heat and epidemic-prevention medicines directly to the Zhouqu relief front, conveying Qizheng people's condolences to the survivors. As of August 11, Qizheng Tibetan Medicine had donated a total of 148,000 yuan in medicines, supplies and cash to the disaster area.
Qizheng Tibetan Medicine published its 2009 Corporate Social Responsibility Report alongside its annual report, highlighting the special social responsibilities that traditional ethnic medicine enterprises should bear, and emphasizing the importance of cultural heritage preservation and industrial sustainability in the traditional ethnic medicine industry.
2012
The “Collision” China Economic Forum—the Dalian China Economic Forum—was held in Dalian. As the only entrepreneur from the pharmaceutical industry, Ms. Lei Jufang, Chairwoman of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine, participated in the discussion at the forum themed “New Technologies, New Models, and New Industries: New Drivers for Economic Development.” She believes that Tibetan medicine, which offers highly effective solutions for conditions such as stroke rehabilitation, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetes, can more conveniently share its treatment methods with patients now that it has leveraged the power of the internet.
